Cantrip 3.3.0: It's time!

Because people started speedrunning Cantrip, I’ve built in a timer and the game now keeps track of your best run time along with the win and streak stats. Shout out to the Brough Games discord where this started.
Here’s a full list of changes:
- The game now keeps track of your run time.
- Added a setting to display the timer during a run.
- Moved “Transmute” to uncommon tier.
- “Shared suffering” now can’t be played if it has no effect.
- Improved the card text of cards with counter effects to clarify whether they’re activated only by enemy hits or hits from all sources.
- Custom runs no longer change your win and streak stats.
- Fixed some UI jank.
- Fixed a typo’s and faulty event texts.
- Updated to a new version of GameMaker and its runtime. This should address a bug where playing “Blood Rites” crashes the game. If you still see it, please let me know, and send a screenshot if you can.
